Who makes changes to my site?
Any employee your Credit Union authorizes can make changes to your site 24 hours a day (unless you choose the Optional Unlimited Updates Feature).

How do I make changes to my site?
Using Internet Explorer 6.0+, you will have full access to CUWeb Member Services where you can make changes to nearly every aspect of your Web site.

Can I uploaded my own images for use on the Web site?
Absolutely. You have access to a Personal Graphics Library where you can upload images of your own.

What about online banking for our members?
You can simply add a link and even a logo for your online banking to your Web site. We will even assist you if you need help. (CommonBond does not offer data processing or online banking services.)

How can I get help after signing up?
CUWeb Member Services offers a convenient form you can use to get technical support or for answering any other questions you might have.

Can I use my own color scheme?
Yes, we will match your colors at no additional cost!

Can I change the color scheme in the future?
Yes, we can change your color scheme for a small fee

How many custom links can I add to my site?
You can add an unlimited amount of custom links to your Web site.

Can I put my newsletter on my Web site?
Through CUWeb Member Services you can upload a PDF of your newsletter and a link automatically appears on your menu.

Can I add additional pages?
Yes, for a little more per month, you can add as many pages as your Credit Union needs.

How long does it take to get set up?
Depending on the CUWeb Plan you choose, you can have a live Web site within 2-4 weeks! Larger CUWeb Plans may take up to 6 weeks.

What if I have suggestions for improving CUWeb?
If you ever have ideas, please let us know. We are constantly improving CUWeb which immediately benefits all CUWeb Credit Unions.
